Day Cruise Booking Terms & Conditions
- Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking with Naxos Voyages, the client acknowledges full understanding and agreement with these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern availability, reservations, payments, itineraries, cancellations, liability, upgrades, rescheduling, and all operational responsibilities.
- Yacht Availability
Availability is dynamic and may change without prior notice.
A booking is confirmed only after written reconfirmation by Naxos Voyages following receipt of the required deposit.
Availability, vessel type, embarkation port, and itinerary may be adjusted based on operational needs or weather.
- Reservation & Payment Terms
Deposit: 50% is required to secure a reservation.
Final Balance: Due 30 days before embarkation.
A reservation becomes legally binding only after both payments are received.
Non-payment:
Failure to pay the balance by the deadline results in automatic cancellation without refund.
- Cardholder Authorization & Anti-Fraud Protection
The person making the booking confirms that they are:
- the legitimate cardholder, or
- authorized to use the card.
Naxos Voyages may request:
- cardholder ID
- signed authorization or an equivalent verification method
Failure to provide documentation may result in cancellation without refund.
Any chargebacks filed contrary to these terms will be disputed with full documentation (emails, invoices, IDs, authorization forms, port logs, GPS tracks).
- Required Passenger Information
The following must be provided before embarkation:
- Full passenger names
- Nationalities
- Dates of birth
- Passport numbers
- Medical or dietary information
Incomplete or inaccurate information may invalidate the reservation.
- Embarkation
Embarkation port, time, and passenger count are fixed at booking. Changes require approval and may incur fees. Guests must present a valid ID or passport. Late arrival does not entitle guests to time extension or compensation.
- Itineraries
All itineraries depend strictly on weather, sea conditions, port authority instructions, and the Captain’s judgment.
- Pre-defined itineraries apply but may be modified by the Captain for safety.
- Safety stops, course corrections, or delays for guest well-being do not constitute loss of service.
- Pricing & Fuel Policy
Prices are based on:
- vessel type
- itinerary
- fuel rates
Fuel included in the price applies only to predefined routes.
Additional charges apply for:
- itinerary extensions
- destination changes
- excessive fuel consumption

Any surcharges must be settled before disembarkation.
- Cancellation Policy (Client-Initiated)

- strikes
- war-related events
- weather disruptions

- the existing booking is treated as a cancellation by the client (cancellation fees apply)
- previously paid amounts cannot be transferred
- the new vessel must be paid in full as a new booking
- Rescheduling Requests (Changing Date)
Rescheduling is treated identically to an upgrade:
- amounts already paid cannot be transferred
- cancellation fees apply
- new booking must be made at current pricing
Rescheduling for any reason (illness, transport disruption, personal circumstances) follows this rule.
- Late Arrival & No-Show
Late Arrival: The vessel remains at the client’s disposal only for the originally booked hours. Guests may depart later, but the return time will remain unchanged. The itinerary may be shortened accordingly.
