RESERVATION POLICY

For reservation an advance payment of 50% is needed, the remaining amount to be paid the latest 30 days before embarkation. The reservation can only be confirmed once we trace the advance payment on our account.

Important Notice: Fuel rate is subject to change by the time of the charter, as we are expecting a raise. Should this be the case clients will have to settle the difference accordingly.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation of the charter by the Charterer, for any other reason, the following cancellation policy will apply depending on the time-interval between the booking confirmation and the cancellation date:

  1. Policy of “Dossier’s expenses” (50 €) will be applied for bookings canceled in a time period up to 90 days prior to boat embarkation.
  2. Cancellation fee of 30% of the total charter fee, for bookings canceled within a period of 90-60 days prior to boat embarkation.
  3. Cancellation fee of 50% of the total charter fee, for bookings canceled within a period of 60-30 days prior to boat embarkation (valid also for cancellation due to not on-time full payment of the booking).
  4. Cancellation fee of 100% of the total fee, for bookings canceled in a period less than 30 days prior to boat embarkation. In case that the boat under cancellation is re-chartered to another Charterer for the same period and under the same conditions only the dossier expenses will be charged.

In the event of cancellation of the charter due to weather conditions meaning that the boat was not allowed to cruise by port authority safety regulations, we will try to reschedule the cruise to another available day.

If no other day is available, the following cancellation policy will apply:                         

  1. Policy of “Dosier’s expenses”  will be applied for all bookings canceled (150€ for the motor yachts / 30 € for all other boats).
  2. Total refund of the remaining amount.
 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS & INFORMATION

– All names, nationalities, dates of birth & passport numbers should be available to boat representative & sent per email upon booking of the boat to prepare the Passenger List

document required for permission to charter.

– With the booking, we should be informed of any medical conditions or allergies.
